"No Way Left" was originally written in 2014 a few months after the hit-and-run death of Rachel's then-fiancee. After one live showcase performance of the song, she put it away. It took over ten years to finally come back and complete the song with her now-husband, writing partner and producer, George Dimitrov. "No Way Left" attempts to encapsulate the odd but very human mix of detachment and drowning despair that comes from a sudden, total and tragic loss.
